What does Lernarchitekturen do?
Lernarchitekturen advises and supports you in all important matters concerning
- increasing your employees' performance
- improving workflows
within your area of responsibility.
In the first case, we establish the need for management and leadership skills (WHAT) and work together with you to develop a process for acquiring the corresponding knowledge and skills (HOW).
In the second case, we describe the process (HOW) which will lead to a specific change, while also involving your employees.
Both cases are, of course, mutually dependent and both require people to take an active look at themselves and at specialist topics - in other words, to learn. To ensure that this learning is goal-oriented, certain learning options need to be designed over a specific period of time, and these are known as LEARNING ARCHITECTURES (LERNARCHITEKTUREN).
Learning architectures may be required for a variety of reasons:
- You want to increase your team's performance and ask yourself what their current performance situation is. ("Organisational diagnosis")
- You want to check the current strategic orientation of your area of responsibility and bring it up to date. ("Strategy development")
- You know or feel that something needs to change and want to get your team on side. ("Change design")
- You want to eliminate existing management and/or cooperation problems or "invest in the future" to avoid them. ("Competence development")
- You are considering examining and optimising the performance of your "staff development and organisation development function" in your company. ("Development orientation")
